Ashlyn
Ashlyn is a collaboration between L&S Vintners and Washington State-based Pacific Rim Wine Partners, a company owned by the renowned Mariani-May family of Banfi Vintners fame. Led by winemaker Brian Croft, who has been making wine in Oregon’s Willamette Valley for decades, Ashlyn crafts varietally-honest wines from grapes sourced from across the Valley. The name ‘Ashlyn’ is derived from the ancient Gaelic word “aisling” which means ‘dream’ or ‘vision’ and refers to a very specific type of vision - once dreamt, the dreamer can never be content again.
